<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-shaped resistor, in which variance of a resistance value in products are small, having precision, and the resistance value is prevented from deviating from a specified range according to a protection coat film, after trimming regulation or a baking step of a side surface electrode, and generation rate of defective products are lowered. SOLUTION: Front electrode films 12, 13 formed at both ends of a surface of an insulation substrate 11 contain a crystalline glass, and a resistance film 14 formed so as to connect the front electrode films 12, 13 to each other contains an amorphous glass.</p> |
