<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmitter/receiver that is used for radio communication between a computer and a printer, with ease of handling and is made compact in size. SOLUTION: A radio transceiving unit 5 at a personal computer side includes a housing 50, a printed circuit board 52 provided with a prescribed circuit for transmission reception (a transceiving means), a connector 51 that is removably connected to a port of a personal computer, and a tip antenna 53. The connector 51 is supported at an end of the housing 50 and the housing 50 contains the printed circuit board 52 and the tip antenna 53 respectively. The tip antenna 53 is placed, in a way such that its maximum radiation direction and a direction of inserting/pull out of the radio transceiving unit 5 at a personal computer side to/from the personal computer (a direction of the arrow A in Figure 1) are nearly coincide with each other.</p> |
