<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device capable of inexpensively obtaining an energy saving type fixing device. SOLUTION: At least one of rotors 51, 54 forming a pair is provided with a heating source 59. While driving the rotors 51, 54, a transfer material 56 carrying a toner image 57 is held and carried and then heated and welded to fix the toner image on the surface of the transfer material. The rotor opposed to the toner image 57 is an endless belt 54, at least two belt supporting rollers 52, 55 are included in the belt 54, a pressurizing roller 51 is arranged on a position opposed to the endless belt 54, and a nip is formed between the belt 54 and the roller 51 by press-contacting the belt 54 and the roller 51 with each other. A pressurizing condition for the nip is changed to three steps in accordance with a position where the rollers 52, 55 are opposed to the roller 51 and a position on which the rollers 52, 55 do not exist and the shape of the nip is like a circular arc whose curvature center is arranged on the side of the roller 51 in the cross section of a rotor thrust direction or like a straight.</p> |
