PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for developing an electrostatic charge image with which a high-quality image free from the deterioration of image quality such as fogging is obtained and whose electrified amount is always stable so as to provide the excellent and stable developing property of the toner even in long-term stirring. SOLUTION: The toner for developing the electrostatic charge image is principally composed of at least binding resin, a colorant and an electrification control agent. The electrification control agent taken in the toner is <=1/3 of all the charging amount of the electrification control agent.
