PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus fitting member in which components number is few and fitting and removal of apparatuses on the building member can be easily done without tools and the appearance on installation and after removal of the apparatus is good, and yet sufficient installation strength is obtained. SOLUTION: This switch fitting member is constructed of a first fitting part 1 that comprises a first front plate 11, a first column engagement plate 12, and a first switch engagement plate 13 and a second fitting part 2 that comprises a second front plate 21, a second column engagement plate 22, and a second switch engagement plate 23. Under the condition where the first and second column engagement plates 12, 22 are opposed to each other at the back of the both front plates 11, 21, and the first and second switch engagement plates 13, 23 are opposed to each other at the front of the both front plates 11, 21, the first front plate 11 of the first fitting part 1 is inserted capable of sliding between the second front plate 21 and the second switch engagement plate 23 of the second fitting part 2.
