PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely gather/record information and to efficiently utilize the information in a place where a large amount of the information is transmitted by voice via communications equipment by voice of a telephone set, radio equipment or the like. SOLUTION: A voice information managing device 1 is provided with a voice input port 18, to which voice signals outputted from the communications equipment 2 are inputted; and is provided with the function of individually sampling speech signals inputted to the voice input port 18, successively generating voice data for each period after certain communication is started, until the communication is ended; making prescribed management information such as the communication start time accompany; automatically storing the generated voice data, displaying the management information of the voice data as a list on a display 16; making a user select specified management information from it by an input means 15, and reproducing and outputting the voice on the basis of the voice data accompanied by the selected management information.
