PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise tag which is provided with a function to guarantee merchandise by devising the display content, sizes, shapes, etc., of the merchandise tag, makes which merchandise is the object of the guarantee identifiable at a glance and allows the easy storage of the merchandise. SOLUTION: A warranty 32 is formed on a portion of the tag 31 of the merchandise (jacket 30) and the objective merchandise of the warranty 32 is indicated by a photograph or drawing 33. The merchandise tag may be provided with a personal name column. The merchandise tag is formed to the same shape as the shape of a cash card or the merchandise tag is annexed with means for fastening a key.
