mixing devices used for mixing liquids with liquids; oil, oil refining and petrochemical industries; desalting water-oil emulsions. SUBSTANCE: proposed mixer has pressure and mixing chambers made in form of hollow cylinder with working medium (water) delivery branch pipe and mixed component (oil) branch pipe; mixing chamber is made in form of damping chamber mounted at outlet. Mounted inside cylinder on mixed component branch and working medium delivery branch pipe are swirlers for twisting the oil and water flows moving towards each other. Swirler at water inlet is made in form of cylinder with tangential passages or in form of cylinder with cylindrical holes or in form of hyperboloid of revolution. Swirler at oil inlet is made in form of cylinder with tangential passages and damping chamber is made in form of stack of plates mounted in tube at angle of 45 deg. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to improved mixing and dispersion of water in oil. 3 cl, 6 dwg
