摘要 extraction of minerals including extraction of minerals in rivers and water basins. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit has reservoir at hydraulic loading and unloading which is divided by several transversal partitions into at least three settling and concentrating chambers and inlet branch pipe for pulp received from dredge pump. Proposed unit is provided with branch pipe for delivery of flushing water; bin-type hold of barge is used as reservoir; pulp intake branch pipe terminates in diffuser. Partitions are double-type in construction. Intake branch pipe with diffuser mounted on barge is separated from chamber by transverse bulkhead fitted at distance of 0.6 to 1.2 m from design aft bulkhead of hold; its height from level of coaming is equal to 0.7-0.9 of height of hold. First double bulkheads are watertight their height above bottom of hold is lesser than height of upper edge of hold coaming by 0.1-0.2 mm and height of each subsequent bulkhead is lesser than height of previous one by the same amount. Second double bulkheads are fitted at distance of 0.6 - 1.2 m from first ones and their height is equal to 0.17- 0.9 of height of hold; their tops are fitted at height of hold coaming. Height of hold coaming in area of last settling-and- concentrating chamber is equal to height of last watertight bulkhead or it is below it by 0.1-1.2 m. Provided in lower portion of watertight bulkheads are bulkhead slide valves. Branch pipes for supply of flushing water are fitted in lower portion of settling-and concentrating chambers in way of pulp flow: at least two branch pipes per chamber.
