PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service information providing system for allowing a user to receive service information from a service provider through an electronic mail without letting the service provider know his or her real mail address. SOLUTION: The server information providing system is provided with a step that a service provider transmits an electronic mail including service information to a provider server by using an anonymous mail address reported from a user as a transmission destination address and a step that the provider server transfers the electronic mail to a real mail address corresponding to the anonymous mail address in receiving an electronic mail whose anonymous mail address is used as the transmission destination mail address from the service provider.
