SOLUTION: A customer database 10A in which customer data files F are registered is provided in the e-mail transmission system S, keywords for performing various pieces of registration processing such as new registration, registered contents change and mail distribution stop with respect to a customer data file F to the database 10A of the e-mail transmission system on the basis of e-mail are set in accordance with the respective pieces of registration processing, when e-mail including this keyword is received, the type of the keyword is identified, and registration processing about the customer data file F corresponding to the keyword is carried out on the basis of the identified type of the keyword.
