<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utility usage rate measurement system capable of efficiently measuring and collecting a usage rate of each apparatus from a plurality of kinds of utilities. SOLUTION: In each of facilities 1 of a plurality of utility users, a plurality of outlets 2 and a plurality of local meters 3 capable of measuring a utility usage rate are distributed, a plurality of communication means 4 capable of transmitting measurement data of the local meters 3 and predetermined identification information to the outside are arranged in accordance with one local meter 3 or two or more local meters 3, a data collecting device 40 capable of communicating with the respective local meters 3 distributed inside a predetermined unit in every predetermined unit of the utility user is arranged, and a data remote collection device 50 connected to a plurality of data collecting devices 40 communicatively for remotely collecting utility usage rates is arranged.
