<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security management device that enables even a person who does not have high skill to perform efficient and effective security management. SOLUTION: A question data presenting part 2 presents questions about security in accordance with a user by referring to a question DB 1 and a user DB 18. An answer evaluating part 4, a response time evaluating part 5, an answer data correlation evaluating part 6, an audit result comparison evaluating part 7 evaluate answers with respect to received answer data, and the answers are recorded in an evaluation DB 8. A teaching material/education plan preparing part 10 prepares an education plan fitting the user from evaluation results and presents the education plan to the user. A lecture attending managing part 12 records lecture attending data including lecture attending end test results in a lecture attending management DB 13. An access control policy preparing part 14 sets access authority of the user from the evaluation DB 8, the lecture attending management DB 13, etc. Also, a report preparing part 16 prepares a report and presents the report to the user and his/her manager.</p> |
