PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of continuously processing an uncompleted printing job even when an instruction of a termination processing is received at a state that the uncompleted printing job exists. SOLUTION: When the uncompleted printing job exists when the instruction of the termination processing is received, other information processor capable of alternately processing the printing job is retrieved (S2203) and the uncompleted printing job is transferred to the information processor (S2207). In the information processor by which the uncompleted printing job is received, the printing job is exactly processed since the received printing job is processed as a spool printing job of the information processor itself.
