<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a luminaire, capable of reliably controlling even plural luminaires by single control device, simply usable at other places, and suitable for use at various sites of construction. SOLUTION: This control device for a luminaire equipped with an input part 5 connectable to the power supply side and an output part connectable to the luminaire side, and having a device body 1 equipped with a current control means interposed between the input part 5 and the output part and a sensor 2 to detect whether or not a human being exists under a non-contact- making condition, is structured so as to interrupt the flow of a current from the input part 5 to the output part based on the detection of nonexistence of the human being by the sensor 2. The device body 1 is formed as a separate body separated from the luminaire, and is equipped with an attaching means 9 to make the device body 1 attachable to and detachable from other objects.</p> |
