摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for toner which forms no ghost, has good dot reproducibility and superior environmental stability, and less scatters in a machine. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the toner has at lest processes of mixing at lest binding resin and a coloring agent in advance, fusing and kneading the raw material mixture, cooling the obtained kneaded body and roughly pulverizing the cooled body, pulverizing the rough pulverized body by a pulverizing means, and classifying the obtained pulverized body by a classifying means. The pulverizing means is a mechanical pulverizing machine which is equipped with at least a rotor as a rotary body fitted to a center rotary shaft and a stator arranged around the rotor while holding a fixed interval with the surface of the rotor so that the annular space formed by holding the interval is held airtight. The fine pulverized body obtained by the pulverizing means is classified in an air current type classifying machine into at lest fine powder, intermediate powder, and coarse powder, the classified fine powder and coarse powder are mixed with the raw material mixture and introduced into a fusion kneading machine and roughly pulverized and pulverized, and then the toner is manufactured by using classified intermediate powder.</p>
