PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing blade for an electrophotographic device with no leaking of toner and with little variation in its thickness and attached to a housing with enhanced accuracy. SOLUTION: In the developing blade for the electrophotographic device, the dimension from a core metal attaching surface to a top surface of the blade (sum of the thickness of the adhesive layer and the thickness of a blade) is restricted within a range of±0.05 mm over the longitudinal direction of the developing blade.
