PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground processing structure for a CRT, which can increase work efficiency because a connector does not have to be attached to a ground wire and is excellent in workability by eliminating work errors of forgetting connector insertion. SOLUTION: A metal ground plate 10 is provided from a rib 7 that is provided at a lower corner part on an inner side of the front wall of the front cabinet 2 of a video system 1 and where an ear shape part 5 of a CRT 3 is attached up to a rail part 9 where a board 8 arranged at the bottom 2a in the front cabinet 2 is inserted and which is made of a conductor, in the rail part 9, a long groove 2b in the almost reverse T shape of a cross section is formed on the bottom 2a of the front cabinet 2 to insert the rail part 9, and the ground wire 6 on the surface of the CRT 3 is directly grounded to the board 8 through the ground plate 10 and the rail part 9 made of the conductor while inserting a long projecting part 9a of the lower part of the rail part 9 in an almost reverse T shape into the long groove 2b in the almost reverse T shape.
