PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve user's dissatisfactions by detecting the dissatisfactions from user's behaviors. SOLUTION: A user interface control method having an input device, a sensor device, an output device and a storage device, includes an information reading step for reading information on a device from the storage device, an information presentation step of presenting the information read out in the information reading step to a user on the output device in the form of at least one of voice, image and character information, a timing detection step of detecting changes in the external statuses of the devices or the statuses of the devices via the sensor device and comparing information about the detected status with a predetermined threshold for outputting a timing exceeding the threshold, and a determination step of receiving an output from the timing detection step and determining whether the output is a specific reaction displayed by the user to the device. When it is determined in the determination step that the output is a specific reaction, the information reading step is executed, and then the information presentation step is executed.
