PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing method for ceramic laminate, with which the position deviation of a conductor film formed inside a ceramic laminate hardly occurs, and air taken in between ceramic green sheets can be exhausted smoothly. SOLUTION: The central part of a ceramic laminate 1, in the direction of the principal side, is temporarily pressed by a comparatively low pressure by a central punch 9, next, the peripheral part thereof in the direction of the principal side is mainly pressed with a comparatively high pressure by a peripheral punch 10, and afterwards, the central part in the direction of the principal side is regular pressed with a pressure higher than the pressure in temporary pressing by the central punch 9.
