PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can shorten a device startup time and improve usability by providing a service mode wherein image density control and half-tone image fine adjustment control are skipped when the device is started up for service. SOLUTION: The image forming device has an image data sending-out means which sends image data and the operation setting signal of an image forming means out to the image forming means and an image forming means which forms the image data on recording paper and performs image density adjusting operation for stabilizing the density of a developer on the recording paper in timing difference from the timing of the image data formation on the recording paper. The image forming means when receiving an image density adjustment inhibition setting signal from the image data sending-out means does not perform the image density adjusting operation. |
