PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond price evaluating device capable of conducting high-speed processing. SOLUTION: This bond price evaluating device evaluates the price on a price estimated bond according to the price information to an influencing degree estimated bond such as an over-the-counter reference tone value. The device is provided with an influencing degree estimating part 103 for estimating the influencing degree expressing the degree of influence upon the bond price by the characteristic amount exerting on the bond price concerning the influencing degree estimated bond, and a price estimating part 104 for estimating the price of the price estimated bond by applying the estimated influencing degree to the price estimated bond. Especially, the influencing degree estimating part 103 is provided with an evaluation term resolving part 1031 for resolving an evaluation term for evaluating a difference between the estimated price and the actual price of the influencing degree estimated bond estimated by the influencing degree into a plurality of partial terms, a partial term value calculating part 1032 for calculating each term by characteristics related to the array of elements of a plurality of partial terms, and an evaluation term optimizing part 1033 for calculating the value of the evaluation term of a difference from the calculated partial term values to make best the evaluation term value.
