PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rationally realizing a knowledge sharing system in which a question of a questioner is asked to a suitable answerer in consideration of a business process. SOLUTION: This knowledge sharing device is provided with a receiving means provided on a server in a client server for receiving throw-in information related to a business process discriminated between seller sending information and buyer sending information, a business process data base previously storing a supply and demand relationship among a plurality of business processes, a determining means for determining to which department in the business process an answer request is informed by using the contents about the throw-in information received by the receiving means and the business process data base, and a transmitting means for transmitting the throw-in information to the answer candidate determined by the determining means.
