PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building maintenance system that reduces business about building maintenance. SOLUTION: This building maintenance system A is provided with a user terminal 1, a database accessing means 2 included in the user side terminal 1, a data retrieval processing means 3, a first database 4 about components such as building materials, facilities and equipment in a building, and a second database 5 about building drawings. The first database 4 about the components is constructed with information about the components. The system A performs retrieval processing in the first database 4 on the basis of the information of positions in the building by the database accessing means 2 and the data retrieval processing means 3 and can extract the data of a component located at a corresponding place. The system A also can retrieve data from the information about the components in the building. |
