PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unwanted waves in a small scale circuit without using a buffer amplifier which requires high power supply. SOLUTION: In a phase-locked loop type local oscillator which is provided with a phase comparator 2 inside a loop, a multiplier 6 provided on the output side of an oscillator 5 is used effectively by a lock detecting signal 2a which shows a synchronous state and which is obtained from the output of the phase comparator 2. |
