PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal distribution information showing the distribution of mobile terminals from position registration information to be updated at all the time. SOLUTION: A terminal distribution information managing device 4 is provided and connected with position information storage devices 31-33 provided for each of communication networks 21-23. Then, the position registration information from each of position information storage devices 31-33 is collected and stored in the terminal distribution information managing device 4, and terminal distribution information showing a change in the number of mobile terminals localized within each of radio zones is generated from such position registration information.
