<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device where jamming disposal is easily performed without necessitating special space where a unit equipped with the feeding and carrying function of a recording medium is moved when the recording medium is jammed. SOLUTION: When a paper feeding cassette 30 is set at an attaching position, the roller 26 of a carrying unit 20 is pushed up to an upper side by the guiding plate 31 of the cassette 30, and the unit 20 is set at a specified acting position with respect to a photoreceptor drum 11. By pulling out the cassette 30 in a direction shown by an arrow (a), the roller 26 of the unit 20 rolls on the plate 31 of the cassette 30 and drops to a step part 31b made low by one step, so that space is formed between the drum 11 and the unit 20 and the jammed recording medium is easily removed.</p> |
