<p>An extend long life juice carton structure is provided which has low oxygen permeability, is leak free, has minimal flavor loss, and excellent bulge resistance and durability characteristics without sacrificing the ability to skive the side seam or use hydrogen peroxide as a sterilizing substance. The container structure has a polyamide polymer layer, a layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer with an ethylene comonomer content of 27-32 mole %, and a thin matte side layer polyolefin polymer.</p> |
