PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a person who does not own the digital contents able to provide digital contents to third parties while protecting the copyright of the owner of the contents. SOLUTION: A contents receiver accesses the homepage of a delivery management server 2 from a cellular phone terminal 5 to request music software or the like. In response to this, the delivery management server 2 transfers that request to a digital contents management server 4. The digital contents management server 4 directly transmits the music software to the requesting terminal 5. In that case, the delivery management server 2 transmits a specific authentication code to the terminal 5 and the management server 4, which in turn transmits the music software after checking the authentication code received from the management server 2 against the authentication code received from the terminal 5. |
