PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibrator that can support a crystal chip at a proper support position and a 1st terminal of which can be connected to a substrate conductor pattern formed in an optional shape. SOLUTION: A conductor pattern 36 is formed on the 1st terminal 28, an insulation part 32 and a 1st insulation film 34, and a 1st part 36a of the conductor pattern 36 is electrically connected to the 1st terminal 28. The 1st terminal 28 is electrically connected to a substrate side conductor pattern 48 formed to a substrate 18. A crystal chip 12 is supported by a 2nd part 36b while being electrically connected to the 2nd part 36b of the conductor pattern 36. Thus, by forming the conductor pattern 36 to locate the 1st part 36a and the 2nd part 36b at desired positions on a base 14, a support position of the crystal chip 12 can be determined independently of the installed position of the 1st terminal 28 connected to the substrate side conductor pattern 48.
