PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled oscillator that can control the sensitivity for a change in an oscillated frequency against a change in a control voltage within a prescribed range even when the dispersions of circuit component parameters in use are rather large. SOLUTION: The voltage controlled oscillator is provided with an oscillation transistor(TR) 1, a resonance circuit 4 constituted of a varactor diode 4b and a 1st strip conductor 4a and coupled to the base of the oscillation TR 1, and a 2nd strip conductor 6 for feeding control voltage to the varactor diode 4b. One end of the 1st strip conductor 4a is connected to ground, a control voltage application terminal of the 2nd strip conductor 6 is connected to ground in terms of high frequencies, the length of the 2nd strip conductor 6 is selected to be equal to or smaller than 1/4 of the wavelength of the oscillation frequency, and the 1st and 2nd strip conductors 4a, 6 can be trimmed in the increasing direction of inductance.
