PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can be freely bent in such a manner that the relative position of the display panel and the exterior member is identical before and after the device is bent. SOLUTION: The display device 2 has a flexible display panel 4, a flexible upper cover 6 as an exterior of the display panel 4, and a lower cover 8. The display panel 4 is fixed at one point out of the display region by the upper cover 6 through an adhesive sheet 18. The display panel 4 is not fixed but supported on an elastic member 16 disposed on the lower cover 8.
