PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a high color lamp bulb of high productivity which can form a colored layer on a surface of the lamp bulb with one coating operation and can get a lamp bulb emitting high color temperature white light. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the high color temperature lamp bulb emitting white color of color temperature between 3,700 to 9,000 K lies in applying coloring agent which comprises (A) gold fine particles having diameter of 1 to 100 nm, (B) an organometallic compound including at least one metal from titanium, zirconia, tin and nickel, (C) binder resin, and (D) organic solvent on a surface of a clear and colorless lamp bulb, and drying, the firing at 350 to 800 deg.C.
