PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a stamp mark function cannot be used for specifying a user and printing a regular drawing showing that an individual gives authentication such as a seal and a sign and to solve a problem that the generated regular drawing cannot be made exclusive use for a generator and the specified regular drawing cannot be made exclusive use for a specified person. SOLUTION: It is set whether the superposition of the regular drawing is permitted or not. When superposition is permitted for printing a prescribed printed matter, superposed printing data for obtaining the printed matter where the regular drawing is superposed on the prescribed printed matter is generated. Thus, the specified regular drawing can be used only by the specified user and the specified regular drawing can be used for authentication.
