PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report authentication information in a person in charge to an enterprise being a counterparty in the case of authentication by previously registering the person in charge in a center (e.g. an authentication center) being a third organ when the person in charge of a contract etc., between the enterprises etc., is authenticated. SOLUTION: The representative of the enterprise to receive authentication previously registers information of the managerial position, etc., of the person in charge and information of rules concerning the contract and a transaction, etc., in the authentication center. When the person in charge makes the contract etc., the authentication of the person using an IC card is transmitted to a counterparty enterprise terminal by an authentication center unit. The counterparty enterprise terminal compares authentication information obtained from the authentication result of the person with transaction data. |
