PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain analysis information required for improving the business for a workflow management system by precisely and objectively analyzing the operation business for the workflow management system. SOLUTION: A characteristic vector extracting part 201 obtains operational history data on a job and task specified by an analysis request from a person in charge of analysis from an analysis data base 115, and one or more characteristic vector components and the respective values are calculated. In a retrieval part 202, the similarlity between the pattern of the extracted one or more characteristic vector component values and the pattern of one or plural characteristic vector component values related to each of business samples registered in a business pattern data base 117 is determined by a pattern matching method, thereby retrieving the business sample whose pattern of distribution of characteristic vector component values is similar to the analysis object business from the business pattern data base 117. The analysis result information on the business pattern is presented to a person in charge of analysis. |
