PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide an optimum operation route to a destination for a movable body at low cost. SOLUTION: A managing device 3 transmits simply set route information including a destination where a vehicle to be managed goes or a through point up to the destination to an information center 2. The information center 2 corrects the received route information to be an optimized route guide path in accordance with at least one of traffic information and meteorological information acquired from the outside and transmits the route information after corrected to a navigator 1 mounted on the vehicle to be managed. The navigator 1 performs navigation to the destination utilizing the received route guide path information.
