PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional antenna circuit that has taken no countermeasures against spurious radiation or the like caused by a displacement current generated in a parasitic antenna formed by a wiring pattern connected to an electric circuit or an electronic circuit. SOLUTION: This invention provides the antenna circuit provided with an antenna or an antenna element that is placed adjacent or opposite to a parasitic antenna such as a dipole antenna or a Yagi/Uda antenna parasitic on a wiring pattern connected to an electric circuit or an electronic circuit included in a semiconductor device and emitting an electromagnetic wave of a positive phase, and that emits an electromagnetic of an opposite phase with an antenna power equal to that of the electromagnetic wave emitted from the parasitic antenna so as to interfere and cancel the electromagnetic wave of the positive phase.
