PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ICE(incircuit emulator) capable of counting many PC addresses and the number of instruction code performing times with a small scale circuit. SOLUTION: In the case of counting the number of performing times, for example, of 'address 100' and 'address 130', the bit 1 of the address 100 and the bit 2 of the address 130 of a RAM 13 are set to '1', and all of the other bits are set to '0'. A PC(program counter) address PCA outputted from an MC(microcomputer) 11 is given to the address terminal AD of a RAM 13 through a selector 12. When the PC address PCA becomes the address 100, a signal read to a data terminal D1 of the RAM 13 becomes 'H', and a counter 151 is counted up. Also, when the PC address PCA becomes the address 130, a signal read to a data terminal D2 of the RAM 13 becomes 'H', and a counter 152 is counted up. |
