PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information network monitoring system and an information network monitoring program to make an operating state of the information processor proper in an information processing system in which information of operating instruction is outputted from an information distributing device, the information of the operating instruction is received via an information network and a processing based on the information by any of a group of information processors is performed. SOLUTION: A present machine printer 130 monitors the operating states of the respective printers on a network 100. And when the operation of the present machine 130 is low, equipment setting of the present machine printer 130 is confirmed and processing to prompt promotion of the operation is performed. In addition, when inadequacy exists in the equipment setting of the present machine printer 130, a processing to create pieces of machine difference information with an operating printer and additional device information and to inform a network server 110 of a fact is performed.
