PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the arbitrary insertion of a disk into a player. SOLUTION: When A (B) input a voice 'father' ('mother') with a microphone 6 in advance while A (B) presses a registration key 81 (82), a feature extraction part 10 extracts a feature parameter, and a registration part 12 registers the parameter in a storage part 11 as user identification information. In order to permit the operation instruction only to A (B) to a tray NO 2 (tray NO 1), only a DIP switch 30-21 (30-12 ) is turned on, and DIP switches 30-22 to 30-24 (30-11 , 30-13 , 30-14 ) are turned off. When A (B) inputs voices 'father', 'tray 2', 'insertion' ('mother', 'tray 1', 'insertion'), the number 1 (number 2) is outputted from a collating part 13A, and disk insertion instruction into the tray 2 (tray 1) is given from the discrimination part 14. A system controller 15A implements operational control following the instruction when the DIP switch 30-21 (30-12 ) of the tray 2 (tray 1) is turned on, and disregards instructions when the switch is turned off.
