PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire excellent characteristics which enables the setting of the large displacement quantity of a head at a low driving voltage by displacing the head minutely, highly accurately, and efficiently for the tracking correction or the like of a disk unit. SOLUTION: A slider supporting plate 32 is provided at the tip part of a flexure 30 through a pair of elastic hinge parts 33d and 33e. The vicinity of the geometric center of a slider 50 is attached to the slider holding part 32a of the slider supporting plate 32, and then a supporting point projection 28 at the tip part of a load beam 20 is abutted on the slider holding part. A pair of thin film piezoelectric elements 40a and 40b are cemented to the flexure for the purpose of displacing the pair of elastic hinge parts 33d and 33e. In this case, connection reinforcing plates 300a and 300b are provided for the purpose of giving high rigidity to the connection of the tip parts of the thin film piezoelectric elements 40a and 40b with the elastic hinge parts 33d and 33e. Thereby, an influence of resonance is suppressed and tracking characteristics are improved.
