PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high lubricity electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent persistence of wear resistance and printing durability, an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent potential stability and less liable to the rise of residual potential even when it is an organic photoreceptor containing a siloxane-containing polymer and an electrophotographic photoreceptor having such imagewise high durability as not to cause image blurring, etc., even in repetitive use or in the presence of an oxidizing gas. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptors each obtained by stacking at least an electric charge generating layer and an electric charge transporting layer on an electrically conductive substrate, the electric charge transporting layer contains an electric charge transporting material, a bonding resin having a polysiloxane constitutional unit of formula (A) (where R6 and R7 are each alkyl which may have a substituent or aryl which may have a substituent and (q) is an integer of >=1) and at least one stabilizer selected from (i) biphenyl compounds, (ii) terphenyl compounds and (iii) compounds of formula (I).
