rocket engine. SUBSTANCE: processed nozzle has stationary part, extensible taper shroud, longitudinal gear rack guide and shroud extension drive. Axles of shaft on which gears are mounted are engageable with longitudinal gear rack guides and are perpendicular to central axis of nozzle. These shafts also carry other gears engageable with end teeth of ring mounted on extensible taper shroud for rotation of ring around central axis of nozzle. In mounting the gear rack guides inside extensible taper shroud, shaft with gears and ring with end teeth may be secured on shear of stationary part by means of mechanical locks working after coupling of taper shroud. EFFECT: avoidance of cocking in motion of extensible shroud; enhanced reliability of locking shroud in required working position. 2 cl, 5 dwg
