PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily understanding the process, the structure and the content of communication for supporting communication on a computer. SOLUTION: Message information associated with message information which a user refers to or contributes is extracted by referring to the reference history or contribution history of the user. Extracted message information is processed by discriminating it from other message information.
