PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify electric connection between a shield layer of a shielded wire and a shielded case of an electric device, and to reduce the number of parts to decrease cost. SOLUTION: This connector comprises a female connector 16 provided with a female terminal 34, and a male connector provided with a male terminal 24. The male connector 14 comprises a male housing to be installed on the shielded case 10a of the electric device. The female connector 16 has a roughly cylindrical shield spring 62 electrically connected to the shield layer 12c of the wire on one end side, and in contact with the shielded case 10a by spring resiliency to be electrically connected. The male housing of the male connector 14 comprises an inner housing 50A to be installed on the inner side of the shield case 10a, and an outer housing 50B to be installed on the outer side of it. Inner spaces of the housings 50A and 50B are communicated with each other through a through-hole bored in the shielded case 10a. As the female connector 16 is inserted into the inner space, the shield spring 62 of the female connector 16 gets in contact with the shielded case 10a.
