PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit suitable for reduction in size and weight by simplifying a required circuit configuration. SOLUTION: On the same plane of a substrate 10, spiral first and second inductors 2 and 3 are formed into thin film, these first and second inductors 2 and 3 are concentrically located and electromagnetically coupled, and the collector of an amplifying transistor 1 and a collector voltage terminal 6 are connected to both the input terminals of the first inductor 2. Then, oscillating signals are inputted to the base of the amplifying transistor 1 while being unbalanced, the oscillating signal outputted to the collector of this amplifying transistor 1 is transmitted to the first inductor 2 and coupled to the second inductor 3 while being tuned and afterwards, oscillating signals are outputted from both output terminals 8 and 9 of the second inductor 3 while being balanced. |
