<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an area to be occupied by a data memory macro, to prevent wiring delay or the like and to attain performance improvement. SOLUTION: Four data memory macros 100-103 are provided as many as ways. Each of the data memory macros 100-103 is constituted to be simultaneously accessed. A data storage position in each of data memory macros is defined as a way number different for each word address of the same index and the data of the same index and the same word address of each of ways are stored separately for each data memory.</p> |
