SOLUTION: This service center 200, which performs reception of orders for commodities or the like, is provided with a voice recognition device 230 and a speaker recognition device 240. When the service center 200 receives voice data including information indicating the contents of an order for commodities or the like from a mobile device 120 via a communication network 110, the voice recognition device 230 recognizes the order contents from the inputted voice data and the speaker recognition device 240 performs authentication of personal identification of the user who makes an order for the commodities or the like from the inputted voice data. Upon attaining authentication of personal identification, the service center 200 provides the commodities or the like corresponding to the order contents for the user who carries the mobile device 120.
