PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact feedback circuit contributing to the miniaturization of a chip size. SOLUTION: This feedback circuit to be used for a semiconductor device is constituted by serially connecting two or more loads to a signal input terminal, and a transistor is adopted to at least one of those loads, and a gate voltage adjusting circuit is assigned to at least one of those adopted transistors, and a feedback signal is outputted from the connection of the prescribed loads.
